1. INTRODUCTION

1.1.- The present document regulates the use of the Internet website www.misdiablillos.com (from now on MIS DIABLILLOS).

1.2.- When using the portal of MIS DIABLILLOS, you get the condition of User. The visit as well as the use and/or acquisition of any of the products on this website, suppose the acceptance as a User, without any kind of reservation, of each and every one of the General Conditions, as well as in its case, the Particular Conditions that rule the purchase.

3. SYSTEM OF PURCHASING

3.1.- The products offered on MIS DIABLILLOS, along with their characteristics and prices will show on the screen. As well, the shipping fees of the products to the User's address will show on the screen, which will always be paid by the buyer except when the opposite is agreed on. Such products will be available for their selling until stock lasts. The prices indicated on the screen are in Euro and include the IVA (tax rate 21 %). 3.4.- Once the purchase is made, in the shortest possible time-frame and always before 24 hours after it is effective, MIS DIABLILLOS , will send the User an email which is proof of the transaction made. Otherwise, the client must notify us as soon as possible to avoid problems.

3.5.- Once the purchase is done and if the client asks for it in the shortest possible time-frame, always before 30 working days since the completion of the purchase, the Customers Service Department of MIS DIABLILLOS will send the corresponding invoice to the User to the address indicated address. The confirmation of the order sent by MIS DIABLILLOS will not be valid as an invoice, only as a proof of purchase.

3.6.- MIS DIABLILLOS will not pay for the special taxes, duties or other expenses at the shipping destination. Specifically Mis Diablillos will not pay for the Canary I.G.I.C. or the insular duties and international taxes.

3.7.- For purchases over 100€ the shipping fees will be for free in the peninsula, and therefore, MIS DIABLILLOS will pay for them (the free shipping fees for purchases over 100 € only apply in Spain).

3.8- MIS DIABLILLOS warns that the color shades of the items shown might vary from the final product.

3.9.- MIS DIABLILLOS warns that there might be manufacturing inaccuracies in the garments from 1cm up to 2 cm in the sizes by comparison with the measurements table.

4. ORDER DELIVERY

4.1.- MIS DIABLILLOS is obliged to deliver the goods bought by the Users, at the address which this indicates us in the order form. Products will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

4.2. When placing the order, a delivery address different from the one registered by the client can be specified, for example, the client/user can the shipment to their office or send it to a different recipient.

4.3. The User must not accept the delivery of the products in case they see defects in the packaging o package which might have damaged the product it contains. 5. NOTIFICATIONS

5.1. To the effects of the present General Conditions, and for any necessary communication between MIS DIABLILLOS and the User, this last one must address to the Customers Service by e-mail sending a message to info@misdiablillos.com or by written communication addressed to the Customers Service Department Mis Diablillos C/ Torrent nº 20, Local Cerdanyola del Valles 08290 Barcelona, Spain

The communications from Mis Diablillos to the User will be made according to the information provided by them when registering at the Portal.

6. SHIPPING

6.1. MIS DIABLILLOS send the orders to their clients via CORREOS ( INTERNATIONAL ) or MRW ( NATIONAL) .The delivery date at the clients' address will depend on the shipping zone. Before confirming their order, the clients will be informed about the shipping expenses. Order Tracking the clients can always keep track of their order on the website of CORREOS in its field ( Localizador de Envíos ) or else on the web of the hired courier MRW in its field ( Localizador de Envíos ).

7. RETURNS

According to the article 44 of the law 7/1996, of the 15th of January of the Order of Retail Trade (Ordenación del Comercio Minorista), modified by the Law 47/2002, of the 19th of December, the Client is entitled to exercise their right to withdraw, having a time-frame of 15 working days from the receipt of the order to make the return of the acquired product prior notification and agreement with MIS DIABLILLOS within the stipulated time-frame.

The shipping expenses generated by the return and sending of the product will be charged to the client, except in the cases in which the product is defective or a different product from the chosen one of the client had been sent, being MIS DIABLILLOS responsible for the return and sending expenses.

To make such return, the product must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging. Once we get the merchandise in our premises, and previous checking of its conditions, we will proceed to either the change of the item or the reimbursement of its price according to the method of payment made by the client. In case the return of the total to the client is done by a bank transfer or Pay Pal, Mis Diablillos will deduct the client the expenses of the fees that the return may generate the full or part payment.
