SHIPPING GENERAL CONDITIONS

The shipping will be included in the total amount of the order. All applicable taxes are included, if you want to have the invoice corresponding to your order, you must send an e-mail to info@misdiablillos.com with your billing information.
The shipping fees are calculated according to the weight and the material ordered and the shipping method chosen by the Client at the moment of placing the order. These fees are shown during the purchasing process of the order and appear on the final ticket.

MRW ENVÍOS NACIONALES Y PORTUGAL

Spain and Portugal MRW Courier = Fee 5,85 € ( Payment by: Tarjeta Crédito, Pay Pal, Transferencia Bancaria )
Delivery in 24/48 H Working Days.

National MRW  Courier (Cash on delivery)  = 8,70 €
Delivery in 24/48 H Working Days.

Chas on delivery shippings are only sent to the Spanish peninsula.

In the case of Portugal, if the payment is made by a bank transfer, Mis Diablillos will give you the necessary information to do the bank transfer from Portugal once the order is placed.    
The orders placed on the website after 13:00h will be sent the next day.

In case the order is placed at the weekend, the shipping will be made on Monday or the first working day in our community.

As a general rule, MRW will notify the date of delivery of the order to the recipient by email or SMS. In this case, it is necessary that your mobile phone number and your email address are correct. The shipments are delivered from Monday to Friday. If you want your order to arrive on Saturday morning, you must notify Mi Diablillos beforehand, since the fee you have chosen in the order is not correct.

MRW will provide you the tracking number so that you can keep track of it on the website www.mrw.es

The orders to Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta   Melilla and Andorra will be sent, on a general basis, through “REGISTERED MAIL” working days approx. In case the client wanted the shipping to be by MRW in the destinations mentioned above, they must get in touch with us to indicate them the shipping fees by MRW.

SPAIN NATIONAL SHIPPING CORREOS ( CEUTA, MELILLA, BALEARES ,CANARIAS Y ANDORRA )

Correos Registered Mail = Fee 5,85 €
Delivery in 6 days approx.

Mis Diablillos is not responsible for the payment of the customs duties in Canarias, Ceuta , Melilla and Andorra.

Cash on delivery shippings are only sent to the peninsula.

In the case of Andorra, cash on deliver shipping is not available and in case of choosing the option of paying by bank transfer, Mis Diablillos will provide the account number with all the necessary information to do the bank transfer from Andorra.

EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CORREOS

The client will be provided with the tracking number for the tracking of the order on the website of  Correos. www.correos.es

Cash on deliver shipments will only be done within the Spanish territory.

Mis Diablillos will not be responsible of the international customs duties. Every international shipment is certified for its tracking.
The valid paying methods for international shipments are: Credit card, Pay Pal  and bank transfer.

TRANSPORTATION

MIS DIABLILLOS send the orders to their clients via CORREOS or MRW. The delivery date at the clients' address will depend on the shipping zone. Before confirming their order, the clients will be informed about the shipping expenses.

Canarias,Ceuta and Melilla:

Cash on delivery shipments to Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla will be sent by Registered Mail.

Order Tracking

The clients can always keep track of their order on the website of Correosin its field Localizador de Envíosor else on the web of the hired courier MRW in its field Localizador de Envíos.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

According to the article 44 of the law 7/1996, of the 15th of January of the Order of Retail Trade (Ordenación del Comercio Minorista), modified by the Law 47/2002, of the 19th of December, the Client is entitled to exercise their right to withdraw, having a timeframe of 15 working days from the receipt of the order to make the return of the acquired product prior notification and agreement with MIS DIABLILLOS within the stipulated timeframe.
The shipping expenses generated by the return and sending of the product will be charged to the client, except in the cases in which the product is defective or a different product from the chosen one of the client had been sent, being MIS DIABLILLOS responsible for the return and sending expenses.
In addition, we inform the clients that the sizing of the measurement table that each product has, might have a variation of up to 2 cm .
To make such return, the product must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging. Once we get the merchandise in our premises, and previous checking of its conditions, we will proceed to either the change of the item or the reimbursement of its price according to the method of payment made by the client. In case the return of the total to the client is done by a bank transfer or Pay Pal, Mis Diablillos will deduct the client the expenses of the fees that the return may generate the full or part payment.
